Restaurant interior is designed in Nordic style. Huge windows create specific atmosphere of nearness to nature. There is enough space for light and air to bond, for tastes and aromas to sense. Yet the craft of cooking – and, of course, our skilled cooks – remain the main reason of coming here. We adhere to clean and clear taste. “Fusion” style combines the very best of European, Mediterranean, Russian and Belarusian cuisines. Naturally, we offer wide variety of wildfowl dishes. This is probably how our ancestors should eat – if they had these days’ options. Yet this is exactly the case when trying once is worth any number of words!
Restaurant’s bar offers rich selection of alcohol and soft drinks from all over the world. Tea and wine lists are designed to suit even the pickiest perfectionist. We offer to try our own local tinctures, whose recipes date back hundreds of years. There is a diverse breakfast menu: meat and fish cold cuts, cheese selection, freshest bakery, excellent coffee and freshly squeezed juices. Our cooks designed special menus to be served in saunas and on banquets; there is also a menu for children. In hot weather we will treat you with homemade ice cream and sorbets.
